“Go to other destination if you want bang for bucks”

Service is lousy - consider yourself lucky if reception staff nor maintenance staff picks up your call .... and consider yourself LUCKIER if they deliver on whatever little action they agree to do - be it helping with your non-functioning access card or empty tea service trays or a blanket that you might need. If you want value for (huge) money that you will be spending on this trip - consider some other destination. Only those who are there on a sponsored trip will find it ok as the rates for all outdoor activities and even food are exorbitant.

“Nighmare at Amby Valley”

I booked a aussie room i thought it was the whole chalet like before one floor below and bedroom on top. No They split a wodden chalet to 2 rooms 1 below 1 above. They gave us a room on top however we had kids in the below room so they kept ringing the bell for their room buyt i could hear the same they ran around nd i could hear the same... The tree branches n top were long and everytime there was some wind i could hear them knocking the roof. Pd the difference and moved to the cabbana. opposite the cabbana they had loud music for a party.i dont know why would they even offer me that. Glass on 2 sides of the beds and curtains so thin and light colored that light comes in. Oh yes and i forgot a pair of CK trunks here and they could not find them after i switched to the aussie room with the room below being empty. Breakfast - I reach at 10:00am and there is waiting.? 30 to 45 mins for breakfast in a five star ** The icebreaker after an hour of waiting people walk in after us dont give their name for waiting and go take the next table that gets empty... What ? who the hell do you think we are ?? idiots, fools or beggars ? However i could blame the main desk and duty mager of amby valley so i called him and asked him to come down and see the chaos and mad scence thats was their and all he said i cant come but i will speak to the manger.... I already have spoken ..... but he cant do anything thats why i called him and ... nothing left to say.
