A beautiful facility...Top notch in almost every way. Staff was remarkably poor. With the exceptions of Nate (front desk) and Maria and Linda (dining room), staff members were rude and unfriendly. Housekeepers didn't refill coffee supplies and chattered endlessly with each other in the hallway. TV was not functioning...Three calls and no results over a long weekend. Attempts to book adjoining rooms with family even with a months advance notice, were fruitless. Would not recommend. Would not recommend.

Housekeeping neglected to change the towels one day. If you get a room on the Bourbon Street side, it’s loud, until 0200, which I expected. Other than that, no complaints.
