Myself and my boyfriend were EXTREMELY pleased with the hotel. It is in a nice location and has a 24hrs reception. We had to check-in late at the last minute and after a quick phone call we were reassured that we could come as late as we wanted. On the day of checking-out we ran late and received a call to our room telephone telling us to take our time! The room was impeccably clean. We were impressed with the amount of space it had, including a balcony. The kitchen had a lovely, sparkling sink, cooker, microwave and fridge complete with cutlery and dishes. The TV worked lovely (although it was French!) and I believe the mattress we had was orthopedic- bliss! The wi-fi reached us fine, and we were on the 4th floor, it never once lagged or cut off. The hotel itself had an impressive front welcoming area, was spotless and smelt lovely. While we were in the hotel we didn't hear a single noise. The security is tight as room keys are needed for the lift as well as entering your room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would 100% book it again in the future.

It was a great hotel. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms are clean. BUT... When I have a do not disturb sign on my door, then DO NOT disturbed. Out of the 3 days I was there, two of those days the cleaning staff came into my room completely ignoring the sign. I even told the front desk after the first time, but it happened again. Please train your cleaning crew to respect the sign. If it says do not enter, then do not enter.
The hotel was lovely - very clean with excellent staff who were happy to help and provide advice on the local area. The hotel is close to the beach - just a short walk - but we needed to get a bus and the metro if we wanted to go to the port or city centre - the bus left from close to the hotel. We liked being away from the city centre but close enough to reach it if we could drag ourselves away from the pool and spa for a day! The cocktails in the bar were outstanding - we treated ourselves to a different one each evening.
We stayed in Marseille for two days. The location of this hotel was great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach down a safe, busy street. Busses also ran down that street often. We took a short cab ride to Notre Dame de la Garde and it was inexpensive. We are the types that take Metro and busses whenever we can, and all of this was very convenient to the hotel. The desk staff was extremely personable and helpful. There's also a great restaurant located right across the street. Also, a huge bathtub was a nice option! Took a great bath in the tub.
It is just a place to sleep at night. That is it. I encountered lots of problems walking in and around the hotel due to construction in all the roads and the surrounding areas. Construction even started real early in the morning and it was annoying.

I stayed here as it had been recommended by the company I was visiting. It was clean and tidy although a little tired. On the whole the staff were lovely but one of the waiters wasn't neither helpful or polite and actually walked off half way through taking a food order to serve another table and never returned!
