We enjoyed the location because it was easy to walk to restaurants and sights. The staff is very attentive...they made great restaurant recommendations. Suggestions for improvement: better staff the cute, downstairs bar, and improve food and value of breakfast buffet. Rooms are small, but perfectly adequate size. Bathroom in my room was updated...good water pressure, skylight.

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon. The staffs were really helpful and the location was near a metro station and the Eiffel Tower! The room was clean and modern. Only wish the bathroom was a bit bigger. Will def stay here again in the future.
Hotel le Walt is in a great location near to the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, as well as lots of good restaurants and shops. My room had a view of the Eiffel Tower, which is spectacularly lit at night.
We knew we had found a special place when we saw bright red geraniums in flower boxes across the front of at the small hotel with an antique store and art restoration store next to it. And the restaurant across the street was equally lovable: although the kitchen was scheduled to close 5 minutes after we arrived, they prepared us an exquisite 3 course meal and never rushed us. We loved the neighborhood close to the Invalides--just a 10 minute walk one way to the Eiffel Tower and a 10 minute walk the other way to the Museum D'Orsay, 2 minutes more to the Louvre. We were surprised at how spacious our room was in this city of small hotel rooms and surprised at the large, modern bathroom. All in all -- delightful.

Loved the room, 6th floor looking out on the street. Great view, wonderful linens and hotel staff was the best.
If you have ever heard that the French are not friendly, please stay at this hotel and you will feel very differently.
Wonderful cafes and shops close by and very close to the "open bus" for the city tour. Would stay here again
if we are in Paris.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is good and it was easy to get to many tourist sites. The hotel was clean and the room was a good size with a king size bed. The bathroom was also a good size. It was quiet at night. The staff was very helpful! I would definitely stay here again
This hotel is in the 7th Arrondissement and is close to Rue Cler which has a good mix of restaurants and café/bars. It is a great place to people watch during the day and lively at night but, I would emphasise, without being noisy nor disturbing of the neighbourhood. From the hotel, approx. 50 yards away, you could not hear it. Everything was clean, the shower was excellent, the room well decorated and the bed was huge! The staff spoke excellent English and were very attentive.
The service in the restaurants we visited, as well as the food, were over and above our experience on our last visit to Paris in 2010. Whilst I tentatively tried my French in these eateries I was presented with confidently spoken English in reply and a friendly manner. I timed my visit for the Prix de l'Arc de triomphe race meeting and whilst it was perhaps busier as a result we still always found somewhere to eat or sit to drink our café au lait.
Best hotel we have stayed at in Europe. Would be listed as 5 star if it had a full complement of bell staff and larger elevator. Furnishings are all top quality, porcelain, tile, brass, etc. Very comfortable bed, robes, slippers, coffee maker, iron are all provided. Staff is courteous and friendly. Windows can be opened and face into private courtyard. Rooms are small but not too small to be comfortable. Restaurant is also very good. Only drawbacks; the elevator is tiny and the rooms have unusual slated sections of ceiling that you need to watch hitting your head. Still we highly recommend this hotel.
