First time in Rhodes and we had wonderful time. Very clean, the staff was very friendly. Weather was great. Food was great. We have nothing bad to say. Quiet not loud or crowded. Kid friendly. But not to many families. I will recommend this hotel to people. Thank you again.
Lovely hotel. Couldn't help but relax. Everything you need for the perfect chill out venue is here.
Friendly and efficient staff, great food and reasonable bar prices even though 5 star rating and lack of local competition.
Well designed, very comfy, gently merging with the beech. Great staff, and food. Perfect position.
There was entertainment every night by a variety of artists. Nothing to complain about but a guest must be aware that the hotel charges additional 4 euro pp for each sunbed on the beech (around poll they are free). In addition none of the outside pools are heated and the only warm water pool in the SPA is charged at 15 euro per person per day.
An excellent hotel for our recent visit to Rhodes Town.Location was perfect with good pool area luxury sunbeds
sexy music and a beach next door.
Price for food and drinks around the hotel was reasonable for the standard of hotel and service.
The breakfast arrangement however was a little disappointing.

The hotel is built in an Italian style with high ceilings in every room and many windows. Personal attention and high quality …More
It was not easy to find our way around the hotel at first as signage is poor or nonexistent, but once we found where everything was moving around this big hotel was easy. On a similar note, the hotel information in the room was poor and contained inaccurate or wrong details.
The food in the resurants was excellent but we were surprised that our half board did not include any drinks, so water and coffee with our meals was charged.
There was some entertainment every other night in the main bar, but was quite poor. Apart from this there was nothing to do in the evenings.
The hotel needs to decide what it wants to be and concentrate on that. In various places it describes itself as a 'city hotel' which it isn't as Rhodes Town is a bus or taxi journey away, a buisiness hotel, and a resort hotel. I don't doubt that it does have business people staying and there are good conference facilities, but the majority of guests are people on holiday so the need to concentrate on facilities for these guests to become a proper resort hotel.
Having said all that, we had a great stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and the staff really friendly. We really did not want to leave.
