"Great hotel with clean comfortable rooms and very helpful front-desk staff. We arrived early and they were kind enough to find us a room within an hour, even though we then went out immediately to explore the area. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from a great department store (El Corte Inglés Lisboa) with a supermarket in the basement and a food court on an upper floor. We didn’t book breakfast at the hotel because we have too many food allergies, and it’s easier for us to find specialist GF restaurants in town. The hotel’s outdoor pool area was well-equipped with comfortable beds and towels, but there aren’t enough beds for everybody so it fills up after lunch. We would certainly consider staying here again. Ubers are plentiful to get around town."

"Rooms nice n spacious and clean, would of expected more toiletries on offer like shower caps, nail files etc if a 5 star… Plenty of choice of food at breakfast nice and fresh, although it says 10.30am they are not happy if you arrive at 10.10am as we did they tell you that it closes in 20 Minutes left which I find rather rude than greeting you with good morning first! Both pools are freezing cold not my type of pleasure, indoor pool 31 degrees but not even warm.. Food at pool side was lovely too the bar and outdoor pool clean and presented nicely. Entrance bright and smells lovely. Staff very informative and helpful and polite… Some chairs have stains on in entrance seating .. level 4 bedrooms, carpet near water dispenser should be cleaned as massive stain near water dispenser.. not important but the presentation of the hotel is let down buy these few simple fix’s by Maintenance.. Would I return again to this Hotel, yes as overall it is in a great position for all parts of Lisbon. Enjoyed our stay overall so happy."

"Lovely clean and modern hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are nice and spacious whilst being very quiet of a night which we appreciated. Great location for getting around Lisbon. We did have some trouble with the light sensors in the room being extremely sensitive but a call down to reception resulted in the staffing taping over the sensors and fixing the issue quickly. Would highly recommend for a stay in Lisbon!"
