Just back from 11 days stay here.
Family of four with 2 children aged 7 and 6.
This is our second visit and it is highly recommended if you want a family holiday to relax.
If you want to sit by the pool and have a few activities within an all inclusive offer this is the best we have visited.
Staff on the whole are excellent. Attentive, enthusiastic and with a happy disposition.
Facilities are very good and well maintained.
I would not recommend for young couples, but for family it has everything you need.
We have been on three all inclusive deals over last 4 years and this is by far the best. Drinks are all branded so you do not have to put up with the local brand spirits and beers as we had to at other places.
Food is of high quality and plentiful. If you stay for more than one week be aware the menu is based on weekly rotation. So week 2 will be same as week 1.
Only negative was it took a little while to check in on arrival. Not major but after travelling for 6 hours you just want to get to your room. In retrospect if this is only fault I could find then its very minor.
Not much to do outside the hotel, a small row of shops and bars a 5 min walk away, but this is not a party area so if you want a bit of life then look elsewhere.
Evening entertainments were OK with external acts twice a week. Entertainment staff on site are very good and work incredibly hard. However a bit more variety on evenings would be appreciated.
