The hotel complex is large and spacious, with plenty of facilities for everyone. It has big swimming pools with lots of loungers and cabanas. There were so many staff that there was always someone immediately to hand to set a table, bring drinks and offer help. Meals were served almost continuously throughout the day, with dinner being served right up to 1030 pm. The range of food at the main meals was extensive, with something for everyone - soups, fresh salads, tagines, a variety of grilled fish including tuna, grillled meats including entrecote steak and beef liver (delicious), pasta, chips, mashed potatoes, pancakes, omelettes, fresh olives, cold meats and cheeses, melons, all sorts of fruit - the list goes on and on. It was all beautifully presented and plentiful, right throughout the service. The bar staff were very helpful, and one never had to wait for very long for anything, either in the restaurant or at the bar.
The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The room maintenance staff were very efficient and introduced a number of nice touches in finishing the room.
The hotel reception staff were polite, efficient and very helpful. They even helped me in my attempts to speak a bit of arabic. On arrival the porters whisked us away to our room on an electric buggy, and on departure were very helpful in storing our luggage until it was time to head to the airport.
stuck in the middle of nowhere - scrubland a dried up river bed and a shanty village, Le Mirage is actually a marvellous place to stay if you want to do nothing. the '4km' to the medina is a bit naughty - it's 4km to the outermost edge of the medina wall. It's a further 4km to the Koutobia mosque. A twice daily shuttle will take you into the town centre, but the last return is at 7.30pm, so if you want to boogie in Marrakech at night and hang out in the square when it is at it's best you will have to get the hotel taxi to collect you for 200 dh. A lot of city cabs will not take you - because they don't know it or because a lot of the journey is off road.
That said, it is a wonderful hotel, only 27 rooms, delightful staff, the food is fine, although I can't speak for the Half board menu the a la carte was lovely.
The pool is gorgeous - 20m unheated - but in 40C, it's very refreshing.
Stayed for 5 nights with a friend all inclusive. Hotel staff lovely and could not do enough for us. Food selection great, lots of salads and tagines and wine included in IA is reasonable.
Shuttle service to souk which is reliable.
Nice layout and impressive foyer as you walk in.
Swimming pool well kept and great size no towels on beds behaviour.!
Hotel is only 5-10 mins from the airport so easy to get a taxi too.
Only shame is we weren't staying long enough.!
Great grounds, with two excellent swimming pools. Very good buffets at the main restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient for central Marrakech. Our two 7 year old daughters loved it.

Just a short walk to the central square and souq's this hotel is in the heart of Marrakech, however you'd never know it.
Once inside its complete tranquillity from the outside.
We were a family with a 5 year old, and we loved the different pools, restaurant's, and walking distance proximity to everything.
The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and well equipped.
Can't fault it.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel until the time we departed the service was superb. Our room was very comfortable with a good sized balcony overlooking the pool area. Fresh flowers and fruit were provided on our arrival which was a nice touch. Free WIFI is also a bonus in public areas as well as your room. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Medina.
