Had a great 2 weeks at this hotel, 2nd time we've stayed there. All inclusive food is one of the best we've had, plenty of choice for kids and adults. Waiters and bar staff are friendly and helpful. Entertainment team work hard to make sure everyone has a good time.
Well, from the day one everything was smooth to the very last day of checkout. The only issue was that I could not figure out what was going on with the internet connection. The free WiFi internet was in the lobby and the speed was poor sometimes it failed to connect. Other then that it was fantastic. The restaurant was perfect, they had a huge choice of food and it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel location is good, it was not too far from Marmaris, so you can just walk over there in a short time.

If you don't know Turkish (country were is placed) or German (executive manager native) language you will be served polite in major cases but ever never friendly. Sometimes they improvise dinner program (modify place of buffet versus daily program showed). Very poor entertainment program. Buffets are not same level from start point till the end (after 1 hour from usually 2 planned) thus you can't find all items offer at the start. A plus for kayak service on the beach. Good infrastructure of SPA.
