"Amazing Staff"
Incredible hotel and especially staff. Dale was notable for his efforts and helpfulness in making our stay amazing, but the staff was great in general. The restaurant was quite good and room service was quick. The rooms were well appointed and nice. Overall I would definitely recommend.

"Great hotel, great mood."
This is an excellent hotel/resort. It is of the standard you would expect for the price you pay. Staff very helpful and attentive, facilities top notch. Very nice ambiance as soon as you walk into reception areas. Book one of the colquhoun suites c/w balcony, they are large and luxurious. Small issue with the bill that was corrected immediately without issue by reception staff upon check out.

"Beautiful modern hotel near George Square."
The staff were so helpful- the valet even filled our meter for us while we were at dinner! The hotel is modern and well appointed. The layout is a bit confusing so if you are going for a stroll mark your trail. The hotel was slow while we visited in January and we got complimentary access to the spa for the evening which included jacuzzi, steam room, and the hottest sauna this American has ever sat in. All in all it was a lovely place to stay for our last night in Scotland. I would highly recommend this hotel especially to singles and couples. Our room service breakfast was fine but I can't speak to the restaurant.

"Very memorable"
Very memorable, food great. The one thing they could do to encourage Celiac persons is brush up on their Gluten intolerant clients.

"Perfect for exploring the city centre"
I stayed in the 'Lomond' one bedroom apartment for a city break, wanting a change from the usual hotel experience. The instructions given on how to access the property were very clear and I was even sent a map with directions from the station by email. A great time to book as the apartment is brand new and it felt like staying in a show home, the dreamhouse website says the rooms are self styled 5 star apartments and I would agree with that completely. Lots of impressive little touches and the facilities were excellent - huge flat screen TVs in both the living area and the bedroom, gorgeous bathroom. The only things missing were a hairdryer and a bottle opener! Word of warning, if you're unfit like me (!) the room I stayed in is on the second floor and there is no lift, but who wants lifts in period Georgian buildings anyway. The walk up West George Street from the city centre is very steep, so for a more leisurely ten minute walk you may wish to access via Sauchiehall Street then cut across the beautiful Blythswood Square. Looking forward to going back already and very tempted to try their property in Edinburgh too :)
