The hotel had everything we needed - pool, bar, spa and although it was out of town the bus to/from the old town runs every 15 mins and terminates right outside the hotel so it couldn't have been more convenient. The rooms were on the small side but the bathrooms were modern and clean. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and there were loads of loungers in the pool area so we never felt that we had to rush down to claim one. The spa and indoor pool area was modern and clean.
We had an amazing time staying with the Hotel Bellevue. We celebrated the last two nights of our honeymoon here and it was a superb decision. The staff were very attentive, the food was delicious, the beach and swimming were beautiful and the old town was a nice 15min walk along the water. I can't say enough good things.

One or two of the staff members seemed arrogant but all others were very pleasant. Our first room was not up to scratch, I paid for a balcony view but it was not a balcony as people were walking past. After some debating nothing could be done for the first night but for the other 3 nights we got upgraded 7 levels up, into a suite, so very happy with this. Everything was excellent. 2 issues, rooms need more maintenance, both rooms had loose bits here and there, both showers leaked, I commented this when we left and I was assured all issued would be fixed. Awesome place to stay :). PS. We are very fussy and expect perfection.

This hotel is an absolute find! Completely beautiful views, amazing staff, great staff who are a pleasure to talk to and can't do enough for you. The hotel is 30 mins from the airport and 10-15 mins to old town. Recommend taking Kuna into old town as euros aren't freely accepted (or you pay more), but you can change money at The hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel and Dubrovnik!
From the minute we arrived the service was excellent. Our rooms were ready early - twin beds. It was a huge room with big beds & a good sized bathroom. We ate in the restaurant once and had a number of drinks in the hotel bar - all with excellent service at reasonable prices. The hotel is just outside the old town, absolutely perfect for our 3 night girly break. Would love to return.

Genuinely friendly and helpful staff run this stunning boutique hotel. Nestled in the cliff side, just 30-40 minutes glorious walk into Dubrovnik old city (taxi about £10, bus £1.20) or 15 minutes to the new port. Hotel can also arrange competitive airport transfers. Spotless clean and tastefully decorated to create a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent food, including the snacks in the cave bar at sea level...where you can almost dip your toes in the water as you so your cocktail. Swim in the sea from the cave bar terrace; dip into the small swimming pool or enjoy the Jacuzzis. There's always a sun bed, though those in the cave bar tend to fill by mid morning. Good policy of not allowing beds to be saved or left unused for more than an hour, means that there isn't an early morning towel fight. Lots of other local restaurants if you want to venture out - we enjoyed Orsan for it's harbour views and fresh fish. Recommend walking up the zig zag path up to the fort (we did it in flip flops without problem, but you may prefer trainers). Exceptional views, beautiful flora and the odd goat! Cable car down was well organised and you didn't have to wait long. Walking the city walls also a must!
