Stayed here for a week in September 2014. It was recommended by a family member who knows how particular I am and it really was excellent. The staff were charm itself, from the minute we checked in. If something was faulty, it was replaced or repaired asap, the same day. The apartment was well appointed, with everything well thought through. Full of quality furniture and linen.It was spacious, spotlessly clean and was serviced halfway through the week, which we did not expect.
The hotel reception staff were so friendly and provided lots of information about local travel and where to buy food etc, as we were self-catering. They let us have a late check-out and provided towels and toiletries for a shower as we were on an evening flight. The resort itself was not suitable for teenagers as there were no clubs-which we were perfectly happy about!

Stayed in self catering apartments..initially skeptical about this hotel as heard mixed reviews about its 5 star rating legitimacy. However very impressed with the hotel and resort. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is set out of the way from the main commercial areas so it's nice and quiet. But you are also only a 2 min taxi or 20 min walk if you want to go to "new town" which is very commercialised. Food at the restaurant was amazing, beautiful setting by the beach and great service. The hotel has it's own access to a small beach which is great. A very relaxed and enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anyone.
