For my first time experience I have to stay it was a the hotel. Reading the reviews I was a bit scpetical about the experience but it turned out to be the opposite. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again as the everything was organized and they attend to your needs straight away.

Had a great time here during first week in September. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to the private beach and there's also a shuttle bus.Crossing the Road though can be difficult as the cars don't stop and there's no zebra crossings. A reasonable selection of hot and cold foods for breakfast which gets really busy after 10am.
The reception/concierge staff are very helpful especially Paulette,Fady Mohammed/Nader and Ragab who dealt with any queries I had. Reda Heneidy is head of catering and is very passionate about making sure the food is of high quality. You must try the Greek restaurant in the hotel. The hotel food was excellent and you could also order food at the beach. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioning worked fine. On a negative note house keeping often forgot to replenish some items. The music was playing loudly on a couple of nights so don't get rooms overlooking swimming pool if you sleep early. Had a really good time and look forward to visiting again next year!!

Was not my first choice but other hotels were booked out. Hotel is your average resorty type, nothing special, a room with a bed, old not too clean toilet, crowded, elevator waiting times range from 15-30 mins, staff are absolutely terrible, I'm not sure but i think the hotel is a state owned hotel because the staff certainly didn't seem to bother with customer service or making you feel welcomed. Had arrived at 4 a.m to be kept at reception for an hour because they wanted a cash up front payment for the room because card or machine was not working and wouldn't accept a deposit or passport hold. They do not give receipts unless you assertively ask them which seems odd. Overall, not a pleasant place, absurdly over priced, would recommend the hilton, four seasons, sheraton all of which are either cheaper or very near the price of this hotel.
