We were so impressed with "Yasmine Beach" hotel, this hotel has its own private beach and so many other facilities, such as (payable) Thalasso, buffet restaurant, 2 pool bars, lush gardens, tennis court, reception bar the list is endless,nightly free entertainment, friendly staff and management. The food was excellent too with so many varied dishes to choose from. We would most definately use this hotel again.
Just back from a week at hotel with husband, kids(aged7 and 10) and grandparents. We stayed in family room, which was fabulous! Contained large double and twin bedrooms, large lounge area, fantastic balcony complete with table and chairs, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen and dining area and tiled outdoor area at rear!! We were thrilled with size and cleanliness. Staff very accommodating, polite and friendly. Pools great with lots of activities throughout day for children and adults. Loved indoor pool, which was warm and quiet for some proper swimming. Breakfast buffets were extensive if not really healthy - but oh well on hols!! Kids(and adults) loved freshly made pancakes, doughnuts and omelettes, and always loads of freshly baked bread, preserves, salads and various savoury dishes. On vast complex that included 'medina'(~market), bars and restaurants, aswell as hammam, theme park, cinema and aquapark. Access to private beach just a short walk to front. Music around pool could be a little loud and annoying, if over-looking pool area. Wished we could have stayed longer as so relaxing and much more to see and do. Will definitely be back!!

The hotel staff was very helpful and we enjoyed being able to drop off the room key to pick up when we got back for the day. The chicha bar was comfortable- and we found ourselves using the space for our wifi connection for the laptop. We were able to connect using their wifi connection even in the outside of the bar, and that gave us more privacy. The room was nicely decorated, and although the mini-refrigerator had iced over (and could only cool off drinks a little)- it was still adequate, and could have been defrosted, I just didn't take the time. The service at the regular bar was terrific, and also comfortable. At the time we arrived in September, much had been freshly painted and looked great! The air conditioner for the room did not cool efficiently, but just walking onto the balcony we got the fresh breeze we sought. The room was always cleaned before we returned, that was admirable. It was quiet, and we slept well. I would stay there again- I felt welcomed and the service was fine!
I stayed at the hotel at the end of May and it really was a lovely hotel! All the staff are so friendly and really do look after you. All the staff are always so pleasant! We got to know our receptionist Bechir and he was so friendly and helped us everyway he could. It was great to see a friendly face and someone showing an interest in you, unlike some hotels where the staff aren't really too worried!
I couldn't fault this hotel in anyway! The road to the hotel might put some people off, but it really is only a 5 minute walk to the Medina. The road that the hotel is on has a road which takes the Tunisian residents to their houses, but it may leave you to think a bit iffy of their housing.
But all in all I had a pleasant stay and i can't wait to return! I recommend this hotel to anyone!
