We had a great stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. The Concierge helped us with taxis (we could flat rate charge to our room) and arranged for us to see Abbey Road. The Front Desk was attentive and helpful. The room (a family room with a king and single) was beautiful and had plenty of room for three people. The bathroom was great with a large walk-in shower. And the room was very clean and made up nicely for us each day of our stay. The location of the hotel is so good - just down the street from the British Museum with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and souvenir shops close by. The tourist buses rolled right through by the museum so access to the sites is good too. Wonderful hotel.

We had the most wonderful weekend at the hotel which I had booked after the exemplary customer service & courtesy of the staff when I attended a conference in June 2014.
Again the staff were wonderful; the room was quiet; the beds were comfortable and we had the best night's sleep ever.
Room service was wonderful & we enjoyed breakfast in bed.
I had mentioned that we were attending an event to celebrate my birthday - when we returned after some shopping a card with a note and a cake had been left in the room. I was really touched at the gesture.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel especially Valentina.
