I was worried as after booking the hotel I read some terrible reviews on another popular review site. It was a holiday for my 40th birthday and one that I wanted to be special for my partner too who was in much need of a good holiday. When we arrived the hotel staff were exceptional friendly and informed us we had been upgraded to one of their newly refurbished rooms. The receptionist showed us up to our room and I almost hugged him. It was stunning! Clean, cool and crisp in its design and decoration and had a view of the bay of Naples to die for. The bed was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was very inviting after a hot morning of exploring and a welcome end to a day trip out. The restaurant although a little pricy was good and again the staff were great. All in all a wonderful holiday that neither of us will forget. Sorrento will live long in the memory as one of our favourite holidays and we will definitely return and stay at the Hilton again.

Arrived to a beautiful hotel, however our room was terrible! Worst we have had! Saw the hotel receptionist to complain, Tony he was wonderful said all the rooms were occupied & had to stay for two nights in that room then could change to another room it was such an improvement with a great seaview, So much spacious & comfortable.
we got there a little late due to traveling but when we got there they were expecting us and welcomed us very graciously. it was as if they were worried about us. when we got to our room it was everything I expected it to be, just like the photos. we had a small balcony that overlooked the water. I will definitely come back here to stay. our time was there was much to short. thank you hotel regina.....I miss you already!!!
My daughter was to be married in Sorrento and we wanted a hotel close by. Hotel Mary was a fantastic choice with its friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was excellent. We were able to relax by the pool and visit several of the local cafes around the piazza which was only a short walk away.
