"AMAZING HOTEL, amazing staff, and amazing comfort,"
Stayed in most hotels in Sao paulo, this wins hands down, far better than every other hotel in its class by a long way, well worth upgrading to club lounge experience, to get loads of free drinks and food, high quality too ! best Club lounge I have been anywhere, this hotel is great !
This hotel is well located near Paulista Avenue. The staff are extremely pleasant. Thier English Levels are low however there is always one staff with good English skills on the front desk who can provide assistance. The rooms are small but amazingingly clean and comfortable. The wifi is free, without password and works well. The hotel includes breakfast, and I also reommend trying their Traditional Chicken Soup and for dinner try their Salmon dish which was excellent (a major compliment from North America's Pacific Northwest where we boast of the best salmon ever). I would definitely recommend this hotel and will go back myself!
I had some trouble with the WiFi and critical being there on business and working pretty much night and day - but the staff were really committed to getting it sorted and finally installed my own personal router in the room. Super-friendly competent staff at the front desk.
Water and electricity was off between 1am and 5:30am for one evening - but plenty of warning, and torches issued to all guests. Used the meeting room facilities - and all went well, the lunch was superb. Breakfast in Brazil is fruitilicious!
Rascal is my favourite restaurant in Brazil and its around the corner from this hotel. Plenty of restaurant and food options a walk away. Guest parking is expensive - so if you are using it for meetings - might be useful to look for cheaper parking alternatives nearby.
LOVE the bathrooms in this hotel. Full showers and a separate tub.
No complaints! Stayed here before and will definitely stay again.
nice hotel is great part of sao Paulo. the hotel was clean large sized rooms.
the facilities are fantastic live band and disco on premises. many restaurant options with American breakfast.
would recommend it without hesitation.
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on business. Pretty good experience. The staff was generally quite nice. The breakfast was really great. The hotel is also really close to everything, which is awesome - there is a great restaurant nearby called Maraja, which had excellent Brazilian food. The internet at the hotel in the rooms was blazing fast, and our rate included internet which was awesome. Best of all, the price was very good for Sao Paulo. Would stay again.
