We stayed for 5 days Full Board and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we couldn't fault them at all. The food was of very good quality and varied a lot during our stay. Overall the hotel was very spacious, clean with a large bar, large reception, 3 pools and situated right on the beach.
The only downer is that its situated quite a distance from Barcelona Airport, Cab ride is 120 Euros!! and so we opted for a bus there 12 Euros and a train back 17 Euros. Make sure that your flight home is after 10am as the bus and train service do not start to run till around 7-8am then you're at the mercy of the taxis. Otherwise, a pleasure to stay there
A friend and I stayed here for 5 days in early September. A very well run hotel with friendly obliging staff. There were plenty of sunbeds by the lovely pool which was not crowded at all despite the hotel being full. The beach was a couple of minutes walk away. Food very good. Buffet style with a good choice of salads and hot food, although being vegetarian the choice of hot dishes was a bit limited. Apart from a couple of minor niggles - our room was at the side of the hotel and overlooked by the balconies of the hotel next door meaning there was a lack of privacy when sitting on the balcony, and I would have prefered the bed to have been a little less hard - could not fault the hotel.

Very nice hotel, great pool, food pretty good considering the numbers catered for. Buffet style so always something to suit. Great pool right on the beach. Room cleaned thoroughly every day, staff good particularly in the restaurant .
"Not Impressed - Couldn't wait to go home to the USA."
Being from America I expect a certain level of service and dignity from a resort that I stay at. The front desk staff was somber at best. It got worse by the day as they began to recognize us. I had simple questions as most tourists do such as booking excursions, the beach, possible upgrades at the hotel, hotel dining etc. The cafeteria reminded me of when I was in the 6th grade and that was a long time ago. The only fruit I saw came out of a can. The menu was very bland and you had to buy your water if you wanted any at meal time. The hotel staff advised us that there were no rooms with a view of the ocean unless you were lucky enough to book a suite, which there were never any available. The walk to the beach was across a highway then under a railroad bridge. The walls along the sidewalk enroute to the beach were covered with graffite. We never felt safe the entire time we were there.

Stayed here for a week . Easy enough to find by car . This is a very clean and modern hotel situated on the beach . Very comfortable rooms . Ten euro per day car parking . Key rental for the safe twenty euro per week . Buffet style breakfast lunch and evening meal . Restaurant layout could be better . Has a canteen look about it Food was a bit repetitive each day but good food at fair prices . House wine good value at six euro . Staff are fantastic . Room cleaning services dwindled a lot towards the end of our stay but that wasn't a problem . Decent sunloungers and pool area . Gym is two exercise bicycles and a threadmill .
Very clean and modern hotel with good sized clean rooms. Very close to rail station which is good for taking a day into Barcelona and very close to beach. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone interested in staying in this area.
We had a great stay at Aquamarina. The food was really good and there was something new every night. There are loads of staff so it's not hard to find someone to get drinks or help with anything. Although we do not have children we saw the kids clubs which kept all entertained and it was nice being able to have a couples holiday in a family hotel without being disturbed by children running around. We cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel. The only issue we had was the lack of kettle in the rooms. The spa was lovely.
