Staff very helpful and pleasant."

As tourists who don’t speak the language, we were especially grateful for how welcoming and accommodating everyone was. Every interaction made us feel valued and at home. The rooms and facilities far exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and full of character. There was a unique charm throughout the hotel that made us feel immersed in the magic of Paris from the moment we arrived. Visiting Paris had been a dream of ours for years, and this hotel played a big part in making that dream so special. While it is certainly an investment, the level of service, comfort, and overall experience make it absolutely worth it.
