"Poseidonia Beach Hotel Limassol, Overall very good!"
We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights, we got half board accomodation. We hired a car so some days we didnt spend at the hotel much.
Each day we had breakfast, no need for lunch as it was so warm. In the evenings we tended to have the included buffet meal. The meals were in general average, however this is understandable as the majority of guests were on all inclusive accomodation and were paying in the region of £15 more than us per day, the hotel would be bankrupt if it were top class gormet meals!!!
The rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning, good shower/bathroom and the room included a locking combination safe to store valuables during daytime.
The bar and restaurant staff were all nice, friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is located in a good part of limassol, minutes drive away from the A1 motorway and close to local bars, cafes, supermarkets and service stations.
Its location served very well as a base to travel the island using the hire car, which we could park for free in the front of the hotel.
We were very pleased with the hotel and would recommend to friends.

Amazing hotel with good facilities, the rooms are very clean.. The breakfast was very good with wide variety, the pool was great and spa facilities were good also
Notes: Wi-fi is chargeable- construction site is ongoing beside the hotel which had us to woke up on noise very early.
Our holiday was fabulous from start to finish. A quality hotel with great staff who cannot do enough for their guests. We will definitely be returning and I will recommend them Alexander There Great to family and friends.
Well we have just returned from a weeks stay at the Amphora and the hotel was excellently positioned in the sea front with sea views and beautiful sunsets. We felt we definately chose well as when walking along the coastal path where the majority of hotels are situated and all rated 4/5 stars as at the Amphora sunbeds not only are plentiful but are so well spaced apart. The others are so crammed together there is no way of any privacy. Our room was spotless as where all the areas in and around, you could see the army of housekeepers doing a thorough and excellant job.
We managed breakfast a couple of times and was very grateful for the 10.30 finish time, as we wanted a rest. Breakfast was all you could eat buffet something for everyone and again very fresh produce in a spotless eating area with balcony if you wished.
Another great attribute is Suite48 next to the Hotel as others have shared
,lovely chill out with nice background music whilst lunching or enjoying the best cheesecake ive had oh and not forgetting jimmy who made us feel very welcome and really chatty and good sense of humour.
All in all Amphora Hotel & Suites very well done you dont have to change a thing. Definitely would return.

I read the bad reviews before going and was fearing the worst.
This was totally not the case, the staff were friendly and mostly helpful. The appartment was nice and larger than expected. Bathroom was large and clean. Cooking equipment was basic at best but we never used it.
Air conditioning worked nicely and wasnt loud while trying to sleep.
Very good location for the price. we extended our stay for a day at 30euros which was very reasonable.

My husband and I stayed at this resort for approximately 4 days and absolutely loved it! The view from our room was phenomenal. Overall, the room was spacious, clean, and practical. It had a wonderful balcony which overlooked the pool and an entry view which overlooked the sea. The location of the hotel was a bit difficult to find, however the local towns people were more than willing to steer us in the right direction. Paphos is a lovely place, the food and wine were divine! The hotel had a great meal-plan offer, but it had a minimum 3 day commitment and we opted to explore what the town had to offer instead. Also, the front desk gave us free maps to help navigate around the town; it was VERY helpful!
