Beau Rivage Hotel is a welcoming hotel with positive and helpful staff from Reception to the breakfast to the bar areas. The hotel room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked a dream and was easy to use unlike some hotels. Breakfast times were great for early and late risers and, all in all, we had nothing to complain about. From checking in to checking out - all went smoothly, as it should.
It s central and you can reach everywhere,but rent a car service from airport is really bad.The Lady who served to me was really bad.I was really indepressed. I paid 147 euro.( 42 euro for navigasiton )
Room was very streamline, modern, clean and comfortable. Very well stocked. However, phone was not working for 2 days, which the concierge explained, the electrician may or may not have it fixed by the end of my stay, which made it difficult to order any room service, get proper care if there anything I needed.
For the most part, they were friendly and helpful; but were not going to go out of their way to please their guests. Typical French service, I suppose.
Location is fantastic. Steps away to the Promenade, Vieux Nice, Place Massena with a beautiful view of the park!
There was a rooftop pool, which closed the 2nd day I arrived, didn't get to make use of it. They also had a rooftop bar, which was very quaint and lovely.
Location, location, location, very attentive staff, nice room, and tasty breakfast. Given how good the location is, I was surprised at how good the rate was. I was a bit bummed that the breakfast wasn't included, but you would probably pay as much, if not more, if you went out to get anything on your own.
Kind of a small thing, but I liked having a switch right next to my bed to turn off all the lights at once in the room. Hotels of the world, take note!
The AC is a modern American hotel with good size rooms and friendly staff. Location is great near beach, dining and shopping. No ocean view from our room but there is a rooftop pool with view. Rooms are comfortable with all the amenities. Loved it!
