"Good hotel, dodgy room service food"
Staff were very helpful, allowing us to join our two separate day's bookings into one room, and given us a quiet room upon request. Bed was a bit strange, could feel the dips between the springs of the mattress, so not the most comfortable night's sleeps but not awful. We had room service both nights, which sadly was very poor. We had pizza (bready margerita with topping thrown on as an after thought), curry (rice was too dry), spaghetti (lukewarm), and chicken burger (dry). It all felt like it was reheated and reminded us of school dinners. A bit more effort / quality here would probably go a long way. There is a restaurant too which we didn't check.

"Well located, within easy reach of underground"
Made very welcome, staff super friendly and helpful. Nice bar area. Slightly disappointed the beds weren't king size (only double) in our room.

"Great location, smallest room ever."
I have traveled in Europe many many times and know to expect small hotel rooms. I booked a suite with bed plus sofabed for myself and 2 co-travelers. We were originally going to be 4 people which Expedia says the room will accept. The room was so small that we could not actually use the sofa bed pulled out because it would block the way to the bathroom (and the entirety of the room not already occupied by the bed, actually) One traveler (of 6'3" height) ended up sleeping quite uncomfortably on the small sofa NOT unfolded to a bed so we could move around the room. The actual bed was hard as a rock and very high up. The bathroom, also disappointing, did not have a seperate bath tub or shower stall, rather a shower head that came from the ceiling and got water everywhere. Service was friendly and good, wifi was reliable, and the breakfast (which was included with our room) was delicious and convenient. The location can't be beat. Luckily we got a good rate on a room and I would return if I again was offered such a deal, but otherwise would likley look for a better accomodation.

"Lovely hotel in Maida Vale"
This charming pub has five bedrooms. We stayed in The Traveller room - modern design with gorgeous furniture. Really comfy bed and well equipped room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing - delicious eggs benedict! Quiet local area, free parking nearby after 6pm on a Friday for the whole weekend. Highly recommend this hotel!
