"Fantastic hotel."
Excellently located for ease of sightseeing in Central London area. Only down side was that Gloucester Road underground station is closed at present but only a short walk to South Kessington Station obviously not the hotels fault. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

"London Hotel at good location at good price"
Fully enjoyed this hotel - well located near tube station as we were caught in rain - wonderful facilities - and well priced... Came in from Paris on Eurostar with a bit of luggage but it was easy to find on the tube - had two days of shopping round the Piccadilly Circus area which we fully enjoyed and was surprised at how reasonably priced clothes were considering the location - went to Covent Garden to enjoy the relaxed entertainment / café culture - jumped on a tour bus and did a 4 hour trip round the main attractions which was well worth it - would advise anyone to do this - just great not to drive - get on the top deck on the bus and take your camera...

"Fantastic London Vacation"
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum for 13 nights, July 17-30. We booked a standard room with breakfast included, but we were a little worried that standard rooms did not include an ice box and only provided a double size bed. When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded, free of charge, to an executive room with a king size bed, ice box, and in room safe. Our room was in a quiet area on the second floor. The room was spacious and well kept. The washroom was a little small but clean. We were happy that we purchased breakfast with our stay as it provided many hot and cold breakfast options. The front desk staff was always very polite and helpful. On our first day the ice box was not working properly and when we informed the front desk they quickly had the ice box replaced. The concierge was very helpful in booking day trips to Bath, Stonehenge, and the hop-on and hop-off bus tour. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Gloucester Road tube station on the Piccadilly line, making travel very easy. The hotel is located close to many attractions: the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, Kensington and Hyde Park, and Harrods Department Store. There are several restaurants located in close walking distance to the hotel for dinner options. Also, there are a few grocery stores within a five minute walk in which to purchase bottled water and other basic needs. We loved our stay in London and the Holi

"Effortless stay...."
I was in London on a working vacation, and so I pretty much left in the morning and returned late in the evening; but whenever I returned to my room, I discovered that my room had been prepared: the curtains had been closed and a small, delicate treat was on the bedside table. I didn't use the hotel restaurant, but it looked inviting and well-designed. The staff was super friendly and helpful with my luggage...and there was a Sainsbury's next door that was open till midnight in case I was on the hunt for snacks. I would definitely stay the again.

"Very modern hotel close to city"
The Ambassador's hotel is very conviently located! You can jump off a flight and go to the hotel on the tube, without having to venture straight into Central London! However, it is so close to Central London that you could base yourself there and you are in Zone 1 on the tube! Easy and cheap access to all the sights, but you aren't paying London prices for the stay! The hotel is very modern for the price, I paid double for a simple guest house near Kings Cross station. The room is what you expect at a Holiday Inn or similar. There are some excellent restaurants on Cromwell Rd, two minutes walking distance. The Bar and restaurant in the hotel are excellent, with good quality food at reasonable prices and friendly staff. Would highly recommend for people and families that don't want to be in walking distance to every London attraction, but are happy to ride the tube as part of their London experience! After nearly 10 trips to London, it's by far the best hotel I have stayed at when taking price, location, facilities and staff into account!

"Great hotel, super close to station"
I stayed at this hotel for one night. The friendliness of the staff was definitely a standout. They were very welcoming, and my room was ready even though I checked in a little early. On two different occasions the lovely ladies in the lobby were very helpful with directions and advice and went out of their way to assist. The room itself was fine, although the ventilation/exhaust in the room was a bit noisy. Very clean and tidy. A few minutes walk to Gloucester St station which was very handy. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
