"The staff were exceptionally helpful. They gave me a bag of ice for my ankle when I arrived (when they saw that I had twisted ankle) The next day the concierge was amazing! He made sure that I catch the morning bus to the outlets and then he also made sure I got on the bus to airport. Overall a very great experience !! "
