Lovely contemporary hotel on the doorstep of the Tower of London. Close to 3 tube stations, so most of London was accessible.
Room was perfect, big comfy bed, clean and everything there that u would need.
Only slight gripe.....we tried to check in slightly early which fair enough couldn't do, so we were told it wud b ready in an hr, so we headed off for some food. We returned over an hr and a half later (well after check in time) and our room was still not ready, so we had to wait around for a bit.
Other than that, it was a great stay and we wud stay again.
Great weekend in London sightseeing and Christmas shopping, lovely hotel with friendly staff. We arrived at 10am just to leave our bags securely but was informed the room was ready so was able to go straight to the room. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice.
We arrived before our check in time and were met by very friendly and attentive staffs that were able to immediately check us in after handling the payment. We book the Premier Studio suit and were shown to a fantastic sized new modern apartment superbly styled with great furnishing. The apartment has a no expenses speared feel to and has everything one would need for a short or long stay in the capital whether business or pleasure. The environment was very peaceful and away from the busy streets of London. Our stay was only short but this place really felt comfortable. In the end we did not want to leave and could have made this a home away from home. I would choose this apartment over the standard 4star London Hotel. A must stay and highly recommended.
I was looking for a place to stay that provided easy access to transportation and had a restaurant on premises. Ironically, I only ate at the restaurant connected to the hotel once. That one meal was great. I am not a fan of loud fast beat music but I was hungry and it was Friday evening and folk were in the Christmas spirit. The service and great meal compensated for the noise. Unfortunately, their hours are limited on the weekend so I did not get to eat more meals.
There were several restaurants on the block that offered great meals. It turned out the party I was visiting lived within walking distance of the hotel and they suggested several restaurants that offered fabulous meals at a very reasonable price. I do not know if it is a British tradition but we were encouraged to take our time and enjoy the meal.
I was not use to the guest closets that were on every, floor stocked with additional soaps, toiletries, irons & ironing boards, bedding, etc. Although, my room was well stocked my wife, who did not travel with me on this trip would have been pleased. The lobby was not immense but very functional. The one plus was the multi functional coffee/tea/latte machine. I really enjoyed the hot cup of tea and fresh ground coffee in the evening and morning respectively.
Even the guest were friendly. I got married in Edinburgh and honeymooned in the Guernsey Islands. I'm sorry we did not stay in London on that trip.
Fantastic hotel in London's financial district. Quiet street with a few pubs and restaurants around it (can't say we ever heard noise coming from them) Handy for nipping out for a couple but not going far. Easy to get to via tube. Hotel itself was lovely, very modern with really helpful staff. Room was lovely with a king sized bed and a wet room like shower/toilet. Room has a large TV with a docking speaker, handy for iPods (I was delighted as it ment we could play Xmas music!) plus a mini fridge with free juice, no alcohol, but coke, diet coke, sprite, water, still or sparkling and chocolate (what more go you want!) also a hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, towel like robes and slippers. Lovely place and would stay again. One thing, I highly recommend avoiding the hotel restaurant, was rubbish. Even though there was only one other person in the place when we was there, we had a long wait for drinks and the food was below average. The only reason we went was because we was extremely tired after our long day walking about but I recommend going somewhere else near by. Other than that, the hotel is fab.

Our family of 5 stayed in this facility for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The location is excellent, close to everthing (supermarket, train station and eating outlets). The front desk receptionists varied, some are more helpful then others, but overall was ok. when asked for help.
I would stay in this facility again when I come to London in the future.
