"Excellent Hotel and Stay!"
From check in to check out this hotel was of the utmost quality. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The room was large and perfect for our family. It had plenty of storage space for clothing and luggage, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked and lots of counter space for toiletries. For a building built in the early 1920's the hotel was in amazing shape. It was undergoing renovations when we were there and they had the windows blacked out for privacy so we didn't have an outside view which was perfectly fine. This tells me they invest back into their hotel. You are able to access the subway directly from underneath the hotel as well as the underground shopping. Amazing place!

Pocket Guide: Toronto Downtown Toronto 4 stars Historic Hotels

Toronto’s culturally diverse downtown includes the CN Tower, the Royal Ontario Museum, and the Art Gallery of Ontario. Air Canada Centre is home to the Toronto Maple Leafs, and Rogers Centre features the Blue Jays. Toronto’s underground city is a great way to get around the downtown core when the temperature drops. Known as the PATH, it is also the world’s largest subterranean shopping center.
