I spent one week at Capo di Corfu in May and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! while the hotel itself is comfortable, its location is a little out of the way (and out of the madness that is Kavos) which makes it the perfect place to relax and it has its own beach (with enough sun loungers for everybody).
What makes this hotel stand out is the first classe customer service you receive: I travel almost every week for work and/or pleasure and this is by far the best service I have ever received. The staff genuinely cares about customers and go the extra mile to ensure you have a great holiday. I had a minor accident and broke a tooth: the hotel manager took me to see his dentist, stayed with me to translate and brought me back to the hotel (taking a good 4 hours out of his day for this). There is an animation team that looks after the kids during the day which means they dont run around screaming or splashing water;-)
all in all, this is a great resort whether you're travelling alone, with friends or your family and you wont regret booking it.
Great all-inclusive hotel with very helpful and kind staff and nice pools. The food is good too. Really cool especially with young kids as long as you prefer to stay inside. On the downside the seaside is just so-so (rather mud than sand) and it is really disappointing if you want to leave the hotel for a walk or to go out... or anything. The only nearby city Roda can be reached on a really dirty seaside but does not worth it. Make sure you rent a car if u want to see anything. Worth it, the island is really nice.
We enjoyed our stay at the Nissaki Beach Hotel. It had a nice atmosphere to it and a very nice view on every balcony. A great way to end a day on the island is to sit on the balcony with a glass of one of the excellent local island wines and enjoy the sunset. The only concern with the room with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The toilet and sinks were nice and clean but the mildew around the tub was unfortunate. Still, overall we liked the place.

We liked the hotel as it was clean and comfortable and the food was nice and tasty. but, when you go for a trip of one or two weeks, you don't expect just to sit in the hotel, eat and jump into the pool. There were no leaflets or any information regarding any excursion around Corfu, and we had to go to a corner shop near by (after a tip) to book for a boat trip and a trip around the north of Corfu.
Fantastic stay, very pleased. Excellent price for the service and amenities in the hotel. Very relaxing stay and made even easier by the professional and friendly staff. Only problem I would say was the location was within easy reach of the airport, but with only a few flights in and out of Corfu, you can hardly notice it and soon become use to it... but for what you get from the hotel, a few aircraft overhead is worth enduring. Fab restaurant and bar within walking/crawling distance of the hotel. Definately be going back on my future returns to Corfu.
