We loved the Parkroyal. The location is great - close to all the big malls, the a/c walkway to klcc/Suria, five min walk to Jalan Alor for tasty chinese/Malay hawker food, and great mamaks all around. For great Mamak food, definitely recommend Nasi Kandar on Tengat Tong Shin (parallel to Jalan Alor) - great roti canai and roti tisu.
Best feature about this hotel is the rooftop pool - remarkable view across the city including Petronas and the pool is always quiet.
Breakfast buffet is okay - there's an omelet man and regular buffet choices.
Rooms are huge, staff are great, super friendly and always helpful.
Great coffee shop around the corner too - cafe feeka.
Happily recommend to anyone - easy to get to from the airport via public transport too - airport train to kl sentral, then 10min on monorail to raja chulan.

Parkroyal Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur offers contemporary and spacious modern lifestyle experiences complemented with …More
Located directly across the road to Times Square shopping area the best place for local priced shopping and monorail on the doorstep, or a ten minute walk to Fareinheit shopping centre to the best food Chinese food court, and more shopping and wine bars.
We stayed at the Orchid Club and enjoyed all the wonderful facilities offered. Check-in was good and overall staff experiences was excellent. The location was so close to all the major shopping centres like Lot 10, Pavilion and Berjaya Square-all within comfortable walking distance.
Good location, friendly staff, but no hotel lounge. At night wish to watch FIFA 2014 but no lounge available to enjoy the match.
Staff informed me wrong info about there got live in local tv .End up i miss the match.
1st time staying at WOLO. Stayed for 2 nights.
Location - Strategic. Near major shopping malls at Bukit Bintang, Bukit Bintang Monorail station.
Architecture - Modern. Hotel is well sound-proofed (Despite on-going construction and close proximity to shopping malls, outside noise could not be heard from my room). However, as my room was facing the McD sign, the McD light was a little distracting (Despite curtains being drawn, lighting from the sign was still able to penetrate from under the curtain ends)
Amenities - Adequate - Ironing board, Electric Kettle, etc.
Toiletries - Adequate (With quirky sentences on packaging)
Food - Limited breakfast menu (Only 2 choices to choose from - Had the same choice both days. Food was not consistent as 2nd day, bread was not toasted properly). However, enjoyed the heavenly smell of freshly-baked pastries coming from Tous les Jours, which is situated at the lobby of the hotel. Also, had a difficult time choosing the pastries I wanted.
Ambience - More suitable for younger generation.
Transportation - From hotel to airport, charged RM100 for budget taxi and RM120 for premier taxi (A little steep)
Overall, had a pleasant stay. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back there again.
I was quite impressed by the location of the apartments as it was a less than 10 minute walking distance to nearby shopping malls like the Pavillion. There are a few convenience stores nearby, not forgetting the restaurants nearby. My apartment was quite huge for a one bedroom. Just a simple and quiet environment. I would like to applaud the maintenance side for ensuring the cleanliness of the apartments and the corridors. Not even one bad smell came from the apartment. Just one major concern was the leaking bathtub where after bathing, I saw water seeping out from the bottom. Heard from the cleaners that it was a common problem. But overall, it was a good, pleasant stay for two nights. Security is tight as everywhere you go, is through card access. The apartments are occupied by live-in residents and by tourists. You wont see anyone else, except those who stay on your floor, straying around. I would also like to congratulate Ms Chloe, the duty manager, who was very polite and helpful. She carried out her duty with a broad smile and never pulled a sulky face. The hotel staff were also polite and ever ready to help. I would highly recommend this place for tourists with large families or backpackers and also for young couples.
