"Grand Hotel"
A wonderful time met at the door by Colin on the concierge , he looked after us and the car straight away. Inside at 11am and the room was ready straightaway , by the time we got to the room our bags were there before us Inside Double Room very comfortable and a good sized room - very happy We went out shopping when we got back I had a note on my pillow wishing me a happy birthday really nice touch we wanted some tea/coffee pieces all provided very quickly and extra water - very happy We had cocktails in the bar really lovely Bourbon Sour made by George and a Gin and tonic with lovely nibbles- olives and nuts various. Friendly service The Ladies on the reception were attentive. Wonderful English Cooked Breakfast, topped off by a Raspberry Danish which was delicious

"Great location, but due an update"
Great location right on the beach front. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Room itself (stayed in a double with sea view) wasn't too fancy, pretty basic and is in need of modernisation. Carpet and wall paper are quite dated. Food was great with a vast selection of continental and traditional English. Over all a pleasant stay in a great location, however would have been nicer if it was more modern.

"Nice hotel close to beach and shops"
This was a short break and although I had read some comments about the hotel staff being unhelpful I found them all very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed on arrival that the swimming pool was closed but we had our room upgraded and the reasons were explained to us. The upgraded room was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

"Very near to Brighton Conference Centre"
Room was very, very small, especially bathroom and up 4 flights of stairs, no lift. It was also very hot as during heatwave. however there was a fan Thought £70 a night was expensive for the room. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

"Funky b&b close to the seafront"
We stayed at Fab Guest for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room had lovely funky décor as did the whole building. The room was cleanly daily to a high standard. It was nice not having to carry a key around as there was a door code entry system. The staff were friendly when they were on site and when they weren't, it was easy to contact them on their mobile which we had to when our door code stopped working but this was resolved straightaway. The room was quite small so it would've been nice to have more storage space but we did stay in the smaller double room for a discounted rate so can't complain really. The location was good by the seafront and was about ten minutes walk to the centre although there's a lot going on in Kemptown too. I would recommend Fab Guest and would stay here again.
