I've stayed at the Europa twice before and love Belfast for so many reasons - I'm a real Welsh country girl and Belfast is the only city I can visit which doesn't make me ache for the mountains of home! This time my partner and I took my mum for her birthday, it was a complete surprise (she didn't know until she got her boarding pass at the airport where we were taking her). She's travelled all over the world for many years and she said to me last night that it was the warmest and loveliest hotel she has ever stayed in - and I agree! It's worth more than its 4 stars, in my opinion, but whilst it gives 5-star service and facilities it's as friendly and welcoming as a country B&B. The staff are efficient without being cold, they always have time for a chat and a laugh and are attentive without being overbearing. The rooms are impeccable and we have built up quite a collection of Europa Hotel rubber ducks in our bathroom at home, a fantastic touch which shows that this place doesn't take itself TOO seriously :-) We ate in the Piano Bar in the evening, I've spent many wonderful hours there in earlier visits and the bar food is excellent - the perfect accompaniment to Guinness and Sauvignon Blanc. I cannot recommend this hotel warmly enough, its history is fascinating, the perfect testament to the humbling strides of progress and mutual understanding made by the people of Belfast and the only problem with saying great things is that I will struggle to get a room there now!!
Location, design/decor, staff and amenities were all great! VERY central location! Directly across street from City Hall, many great restos within a few blocks, hop-on/off bus close by (good and safe way to see most of Belfast). Highly recommend Titanic Belfast.

"Modern and well located on outskirts of Belfast."
Very well appointed, and a refreshing place to stay after some rather "rustic" places elsewhere in N. Ireland.
We got up in the morning with a flat tire on our rental. "Sam", the maintenance man, bus driver came to our rescue. Wheel was stuck on. He made calls, found a solution, got down on the ground with me with his tools, and worked the problem. Then drove me in the hotel van to get tire repaired. Seemed very pleased to do it, and a very charming guy to chat with. Went far above and beyond call of duty. I hope Ramada realizes what a gem they have in Sam. We'll never forget his kind service to us in a difficult situation.
This was the best hotel that my sister and I stayed at during our two week vacation in both Northern Ireland and Ireland. The room was very clean and the shower had the best water pressure of all the showers. The hotel staff was very professional and they worked very hard to make sure that all our needs were met quickly. The hotel staff made an effort to make sure that each guest was comfortable. The hotel has a parking lot behind the hotel that is free. The hotel staff will also arrange for the guests to take a hop on and off bus tour through Belfast should you not wish to drive. Be sure to have a meal in the hotel's restaurant because it was the best meal I had in all of Ireland. The location of the hotel is great and it is easy to get to the shops and restaurants, but this hotel has the best food.
We booked into the Dukes at Queens after cancelling our booking at another hotel due to the horrible state of the room. Changing to the Dukes at Queens was the best decision we made. The room was a good size, and the fit out is perfect. Modern, luxury feel and just perfect for a hotel room. The bed is HUGE and is extremely comfortable. The bar/restaurant downstairs is also good - I would recommend the Sunday carvery. The hotel doesn't have secure parking, but the street parking is free and easy to get a park. The staff are pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to go back again later in our trip and have re-booked with the Dukes at Queens for another 3 nights. This is a hotel that I will definitely be recommending to anyone traveling to Belfast. You won't regret booking this hotel.
