The staff were exceedingly helpful when it transpired that the train we were booked on was cancelled due to a strike. The very helpful receptionist found & booked for us a bus which took the same time as the train & delivered us direct to the airport - fantastic service.
Large and very clean room. The hotel is big so the wifi was not always reaching our room with a very strong signal. And this hotel is not really in the historic center but a 10 minute walk from it. However it has a tram stop RIGHT in front. Very convenient
The rooms are spacious and laid out well. Wi-Fi was excellent and free. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful about where to visit and how to get there. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient.
The hotel was a short walk from the Dresden train station. The historic district was about a 15 minute walk or you can take the tram located next to the hotel and be at the center of the historic district in a couple of minutes.
I believe the breakfast is over priced but there are places near-by to eat so that isn't a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel located very close to a railway station so the connection to the airport could not have been easier. It is only 5 to 10 minutes walk into the very heart of old Dresden with all its magnificent buildings.
Nice hotel, very clean, situated few steps from the train main station.

The unique problem was the temperature in the room. The AC was ready for winter and during the days we stayed at the hotel was very warm with no possibility to lower the temperature . So we had a very sweaty nights.
