"A gem of hospitality"
Good: The location was great, very close to the main Termini station for airport and many other transport links and within easy walking distance of a number of sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when we arrived early. We were able to leave our bags with confidence and they even placed them in our room for when we got back from exploring a few hours later. There are a number of restaurants on the same block as the hotel and the one directly next door had phenomenally good food at reasonable prices. Not so good: the room we had was a little dated and worn with a few missing tiles in the shower but it was very clean. The noise insulation between the rooms wasn't brilliant but didn't disturb us when we were trying to sleep

"Nice hotel with free wifi"
The hotel is nice, comfortable room and very friendly staff at the desk. Good breakfast, free wifi, but the connection could be better. Small elevator but the room is good in size for european hotels.

"good located and clean"
It was clean which is the most important thing. There are many buses to go the center of the city, you just need to ask to the people of the desk.

"Will return"
This is the second time I've stayed at the Lilium. It is charming and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked a single room, but they had a double available and upgraded me when I arrived. The location is very good, just a little hard to find. There are no signs on the exterior. Even tough I had been there before, I walked past the doorway a couple of times before recognizing it. But it is minutes from central Rome and a 10-minute walk to the train station. I have recommended this hotel to friends and will most definitely choose it again if I return to Rome.

"Nice hotel for the money."
The room was actually bigger than I expected. The desk managers were very helpful and kind. My only complaint was that we missed our breakfast one day as we had early morning tickets. It was to be served at 7 AM, but the woman in charge was late to work and we could not wait. Oh well.......seemed to be the attitude of the manager.

"Went to Rome for my honeymoon"
I wanted to stay in a Rome style Hotel, wasnt looking for a brand name hotel and was going for 7 days so looking for good deal. The MF Hotel was perfect. The breakfast in bed every morning was great. Crossant, cappicino, bread, crackers and the best tangrine juice every had. The shower was a little small but I figured it would be, The room was very roomy and not that far from everything you want to see in Rome. We made the mistake and tried to walk everything but found out we were little less then a mile from the subway, so got a pass and used that. Also taxes for the 6 days was only 24 euros i think Would highly recommened this place

Pocket Guide: Rome Via Veneto 3 stars Hotels

Made famous by 'La Dolce Vita' film in 1960, the Via Veneto is going through a glamorous renaissance. Bars, restaurants, chic hotels and boutiques all vie for attention in the street which coined the expression 'paparazzo' – the surname of the photojournalist in the film. Nearby, the Spanish Steps are the place for lovers' trysts, shopping, and honing the Italian art of 'dolce far niente' – idling and people-watching.
