I had a great room overlooking the pool with a huge balcony. The room was spotless, clean, bathroom lovely, fridge in the room, nice room decor and was cleaned every day without fail. Even once after 6pm! Only downside is there are no double beds in the hotel, all singles pushed together which isn't ideal for couples. Other than that, everything was perfect. Pool nice and about a 5 min walk to the beach.

would recommend this complex as very clean apartment, they also provided milk, water, tea, coffee etc which would last couple days. the supermarket on site provide all the essentials and good prices.there are several bars within 2 minutes if would like to eat on site.
staff on reception are helpful and friendly
mixed views of the room, comfortable but poorly lit. on ground floor view to the back of the hotel over looked by surrounding hotels and passer bys or those using the gounds playing bowls/football, very limited sun on my balcony only towards the end of the day. ok if just using the room to sleep. found the rest of the hotel exceptional, clean tidy and well maintained, wide spread of choices in the resturant, didn't use the bar nor the pool to comment. plenty hot water for baths and very central facing the golf course and a short walk to the night life/ resturant & shops

Had a brilliant stay here. Was a bit apprehensive as we had only booked a one bed roomed apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. Shouldn't have worried as there was a completely separate bedroom from the main living area complete with flat screen tv.
The swimming pool was very well maintained and the sunloungers were plentiful.
Overall my stay at Apartmentos Casablanca was first rate. Some of the receptionists were exceptional ie Maria and Candy who I found to be extremely professional. One of the receptionists however was a bit snobby particularly when I enquired about the library, she actually asked me in view of a number of other people if I was staying there and asked me for my room number. I found her attitude to be quite rude. But then again there's always one. The staff in Bar Casablanca were excellent even though I was only drinking soda water when there. My apartment was excellent, it was clean, with a well equipped kitchen, fully tiled bathroom, fresh towels, a balcony and a BBQ. I had requested a room with a view of Mount Teide or the pool and was generally satisfied with the room I was allocated. Although the bar food menu was okay it could be improved by introducing new food ideas, maybe a daily special. I was not impressed with the tagliatelle carbonara as I believe this had been microwaved before service. The salad was a bit boring too! A bottle of complimentary wine was left for me but I do not drink and I also did not have a fruit basket. Maybe an idea to supply a bottle of water and some sachets of tea or coffee with milk and sugar and a packet of biscuits for those people who arrive at the complex after 10.00 pm as there is nowhere available to get such until the next morning. After a lengthy journey this would have been ideal..
When we first arrived we were pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with the size and contents of the room as we felt the photos on the internet didnt do it any justice. A lot of activities for the children to enjoy and a very calm and relaxed atmosphere around the place made us feel very comfortable. The location of the hotel couldnt of been any better with just a short walk to the local shops, supermarkets and the wonderful beach.

Second time I've stayed at a Barcelo hotel in Spain. Staff was super helpful, from booking a trip up Mt Teide to answering any other inquiry. Rooms are contemporary and clean. This hotel is centrally located and next to a beautiful park.

Loved this lovely old hotel. Very friendly helpful staff, very clean with a daily change of towels and clean of room. Didn't eat there but lovely live music played every evening in the restaurant. Very central location in the old town, right by the church which did wake us each morning but otherwise very quiet...would definitely book again
