We had a very pleasant 3 night stay at the Hotel last week (18th-21st Oct).
The reception area is usually quite busy throughout the day..we had to wait for 10 minutes or so for check-in.
Breakfast and dinner served was good....there was quite some variety so one can't complain.
Some people might complain the food served is cold but bear in mind the dinner starts at 18:30 till 21:00 so the later you arrive the colder the food would get.
The staff is extremely helpful and so is the room service...there is a locker and mini bar service available for hire but we did not use.
Beach is literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel and drive to airport takes around 10 minutes. Bus stop to Palma is around the corner.
There are plenty of shops and eateries available nearby too.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel itself was ok but the guests! 80% of the guests were young german boys and girls in groups( 17-20 years old)
Not one night I could sleep through. They had parties in their rooms until 4 am. They were loud, slamming doors .. Etc. i wasnt even able to open my door to the balcony beacuse they were so loud. Wouldnt even dare to sit outside.
I think there should be clear rules about this.
It really ruined my holiday.

"Very good hotel, close to beach and other faciliti"
We chose this hotel for our group of 4 adults as we are fair weather cyclists! Our bikes were hired from 'Cyclos Quintana' which was close by. There was a secure place on the 6th floor in which to store the bikes - an added bonus, rather than returning to the shop each day. The whole hotel was quiet, even though on a side street front. Everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. It's a light, airy building with two 4 person lifts. The receptionists were efficient and friendly as were Pedro and his staff who were also entertaining as restaurant staff. There was a plentiful and wide range of food for breakfast and dinner. We were half-board so I cannot comment on lunch but I expect that was good too.
Don't be afraid of the golden rhino in the foyer!
Although we were one of very few English families staying at the hotel, the whole experience was enjoyable. Having visited in peak season there was a few issues with noisy youngsters but that is a holiday for you. We had a very relaxing time and the location was perfect.
