The Sabie River Bush Lodge is immaculate with impeccable service. Situated on the Sabie River 19 km west of Paul Kruger Gate of the Kruger SAN, you can have lovely dinners by the water and full breakfast with the works. We felt pampered and welcome and enjoyed our time there immensely. An occasional hippo or elephant strolls by across the narrow river and birds abound. Nice gardens, too. A real value. We will go back when next at Kruger.
We werent sure what to expect but we were thrilled with this guest farm. The owners and their dogs were all very friendly and accommodating. The wifi worked well in the room. Our room was large with a well equipped kitchen, fresh milk and a large shower. The breakfast served right to our room first thing in the morning was amazing with plenty of selection and quantity. This is the perfect place to stay if travelling to Swaziland.
Had an unbelievable experience at this boutique hotel in Hazyview. Staff were amazing, setting was stunning and the food at the attached Kuka restaurant was outstanding. Really couldnt fault it in any aspect. The town itself is a sleepy town but there is still plenty to do in the surrounding areas, with easy access to Gods Window, Bythe River Canyon & the wonderful Kruger park.
my husband and I now live in New Zealand for the last 5 years and we went back to SA for a holiday to visit family and we just had to fit in a few days at Oliver's Lodge it is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed and we have stayed and travelled to the UK, America, China, Australia on our next trip back to SA in 2015 we will certainly come back to Olivers - Tanya the owner is a fantastic host well done

The Lodge is just ok, nothing to write home about. The breakfast is acceptable, with a bit of variety. On our first morning there, we were told breakfast will be served at 06:30, but by 07:00, they were still mopping the floor. Now having to drive all the way early morning to Kruger National Park, with roadworks all the way, that was not how things should be done. The room we were given, had a old everything, beds, sink, bath, but for the price you pay, I guess it's worth it.
We spent a 3-day New Years vacation visiting Kruger Park and the panorama trail west of the park. Our stay in White River at the Casterbridge Hollow was great. Staff was helpful and gracious. Rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. We took advantage of the pool, the adjacent restaurant & winery and were happily surprised to find local art displayed throughout the "Lifestyle Living Centre" next door.
