Not much I can say as was quite a fleeting visit but my partner and I were very impressed with the hotel - especially as the price was so reasonable.
In essence the hotel was all we required - comfortable and clean room - good breakfast selection and reasonable price again.
Only drawback being the small lift if you can class that a drawback

Small but lovely room just across from la Tour Montparnasse. Great price for such a convenient location. Room was small but very nicely furnished and decorated. Great bed with very nice bedding and draperies. Desk, closet. Bathroom is small and only has shower. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great 3 star property. Looks new and well maintained. Great location, friendly staff.
Breakfast room is very busy. Breakfast itself is great.
The room is very small as stated in the web site but very well planned. It is to be seen to believe how user friendly a 15 sq m room can be. The shower enclosure however is a challenge even for a " normal " size individual.
The staff was amazingly nice and accommodating, room was nice and big which is rare for Paris and price was very reasonable. Beds and pillows were so comfortable (tempurpedic which was great) and there was a Nespresso machine in the room as well as a mini bar.
I ditto what the other reviews said about the excellent location, close to metro lines and restaurants. But, what was not mentioned is that there is a Monoprix (the French version of Target or Wal-Mart). The downstairs is the grocery section where you can get fruits, snacks, wine, liquor, and water. A liter of Vittel mineral water cost 0.60 euros. Go here for your grocery shopping if you're on a budget.
Yes, my room was small and I figure the size had to be mentioned so that Americans who are so used to oversized American hotel rooms would not be caught off guard. However, I must admit that the two of us had a problem fitting two roll aboards in the room. The bathroom on the other hand was plenty large with a tub, a sink, a shower and commode and plenty of room to maneuver.
Our room was on the main floor at the end - No. 9. It was very quiet, very clean room with a firm bed and very clean bathroom. I felt that the price was reasonable (Paris is an expensive city) and the room was a great value. In addition to air conditioning, the WiFi is free and there is a TV. Breakfast was not included in the price, but at 12 euros, you get a large variety of breakfast food (coffee, tea, orange juice, tartines, croissants, deli meats, eggs, cereal, fruit) and it's all you can eat. You couldn't get a better deal at the local cafes.

This is a little gem of a place, situated betwen Raspail and Vavin Metro, in central Paris yet on a relatively quiet tree lined boulevard. The staff are more than friently and happy to help, the rooms are 'Paris traditional' small but very comfortable and clean. I loved the bar area, perfoect for a night cap before turning in.
The location is good; it's not that far of a walk to the Seine, Notre Dame, the Louvre, etc. But it's close to Metro stations as well, in case you don't like to walk as much as we do! We also liked the fact that it was on a quiet (but safe) street a little away from the most touristy sections. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and their command of English was more than adequate.
