The hotel was very clean and modern and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke great English , they also suggested a restaurant which was 5 minutes from the hotel and the food was amazing

I stayed with a friend in a twin bed room. The first room we saw was quite small so we upgraded for another 70 euro's for the 5 days to a really great room.
The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's surrounded by great bars and places to eat, the Cheuca and Gran Via metro are 10 mins walk away.

Staff at the hotel are awesome, they cannot do enough to help you and seem genuinely pleased to do so!
Location is excellent, walking distance to all the places I wanted to see and with so many restaurants, shops and open air bars right on the door step.... literally !
No real complaints, especially at the price. only slight niggle was some of the furniture and decoration could do with a little TLC but that is really minor and overall this hotel is one of the best I have stayed at. The third floor with a balcony and it was fabulous !
Will be going back for pleasure next time and not business.... that's how good this place was!
Thank you to all the staff at the hotel, reception, breakfast and cleaning, you are all great !

"Nice Hotel within walking distance of most things"
A small Hotel, 2 minutes walk from Plaza de Espana subway. Rooms very tidy and staff very helpful, our room was a nice size with plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The en-suite was much bigger then you get in more expensive hotels, the hotel is in a quiet side street so don't expect spectacular views out of the window but you are in Madrid so you wont be spending much time in your room anyway. You are in 5 min walking distance to the Palace and the Opera house, so we ate out for breakfast and did not try the Hotel breakfast buffet that was priced at 9euros each. We had free access to the WiFi, room safe and could leave our bags to pick up later after we booked out. Glad we took a chance on this Hotel as for price and location you could not fault it.
