This is a very well attended hotel full of all the amenities the traveler could hope for. Location to the airport and city transit is a plus. Staff are very prompt and are very knowledgeable on the best of L.A.. We had problems with our safe and within minutes two separate hotel staff made sure all went well, excellent service. The room was well kept and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a very nicely appointed restaurant, a Starbucks and a comfortable lobby area.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a small place without the amenities such as restaurants and pools but it is tastefully appointed, intimate and well located. Noticed that the TV is a bit old and there is no movie menu but I am fine with that. Some people may be bothered by this. I do not need to be in my room watching movies when Santa Monica is right outside my door. Great neighborhood, nice baked treats in the morning buffet, friendly check-in staff.

The staff and people always make any good busisness.
No exception here. Your people were great at every turn.
Even the service personnel were friendly. My wife and I truly enjoyed our first
visit to your hotel. We will be back.
The first night we had dinner in the dining room. Well, no need or second thought
about eating anywhere else in the area. From the fish Tacos right through to dessert everything
was just so very good.
Pleasant surprise after pleasant surprise. Even a hard rain with a rainbow as we were driving away.

Neat place, all kinds of Venice Beach memorabilia in the room, very swanky retro styling. Neat open-air courtyard to sit in on the 2nd story with little outdoor tables, gas-lamp style street lights, mood lighting, etc. Very cozy. Helpful staff too. I wish they'd warned me about eh $14 parking fee, but oh well. Everything is pricey in Los Angeles, and for less than $200/night this place was really great! Two nice white bath robes were even included. Room had a mini-fridge and even a new Keurig coffee maker, but strangely lacked a microwave..? Still. Will stay there again if in LA.
