Hi, we stayed in this hotel in October 2014. It was the best hotel we stayed in India. The hotel is new so everything was nice and clean there. Room was little bit small for the family but very cozy plus there is big balcony. Balcony was a big bonus. You can stand there and watch the traffic on the main street. Bed was so comfortable, once you put your head on the pillow, you fall asleep straight away. Water pressure in the shower was extremely good and enjoyable. Staff was helpful and nice. Food was good too. Kitchen is little bit small too. The first impression was they have nothing there, only tea, coffee and juice. But after you can find where to get things from. It is very compact hotel. Internet is free there which was excellent too. I will definitely recommend this hotel. If we ever go to Delhi again, we will stay only in this hotel. Well done, guys!
We would highly recommend this hotel as all the staff are very helpful. We arrived late (they provide reliable airport pickup), complimentary snacks were given and the restaurant food ordered was excellent, as was breakfast.
General manager helped us to organise our drivers for each day, train to Ranikhet (our train tickets were collected for us).
We returned back to Hotel City Star as we'd received such good service. They even provided a driver to take us to the airport.
Overall a helpful, clean, well run hotel that wants to help you have a great stay.

In Connaught Place, the location is among the best in this teeming city.
The night before I was leaving New Delhi, I found out that I had made a reservation at a hotel in the wrong city (don't ask!). The help I received - a cab ride to the hotel's booking agent, a reservation in the RIGHT city - was spectacular.

I needed a place to stay for one evening prior to an early morning int'l flight. Was met in airport by hotel escort which was crucial because locating the hotel entrance from terminal might have been tricky otherwise (**must have paper copy of flight itinerary for security checks). Escort was very kind, informative and extremely helpful in facilitating my way through multiple security checks prior to arrival at hotel entrance. Check in went smoothly. Dining experience was positive with excellent service and a variety of menu options. Room was clean with very comfortable bedding.

This hotel is located along with the multitude of other tourist hotels in the easy to find Arakashan Rd. area of Delhi, however, in contrast to the others, it is ultra modern and the suite was both comfortable and gave the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and the receptionist knew who I was even before I told him. Great value for the price. Very quiet for sleeping and the Wifi never cut out once! I stayed at two other hotels in the area and I would definitely recommend Hotel Elegance and stay there again, myself.
