One of the most prestigious resorts in the Dolomites sits between the peaks of Tofane, Cristallo, and Sorapis with funicular systems that easily transport visitors from the town to the slopes. At the center of town runs Corso Italia, a pedestrian-only street lined with cafés and high-end boutiques. A well-preserved ski rink and other facilities from the 1956 Winter Olympics are open to the public.
