"Great character hotel in convenient location"
great hotel with lots of character right next to rail staton but with absolutely no noise from trains. Good area within easy walking distance of central town but away from the hoards of tourists Lovely town to visit with plenty to do. Chester and the Westminster Hotel get my vote.

"Great"
It's family friendly. We booked a room with one double room and one sofa bed. The sofa bed is quite wide and has already made before we checked in. All other things are perfect as well!

"Lovely weekend break - character well located Inn"
Very friendly, helpful staff. Great food which is also reasonably priced. Chose the premium room - room 4, spacious, 2 big windows - would definitely stay here again - ideal city break close to racecourse, River and city centre. Lovely decor.

"Nice friendly hotel, good location"
Stayed in a small basic double economy room and it was plenty big enough for 2 people. Ensuite was very small but as this was only for 1 night it was fine. Very quiet location, ideal for Chester university and the city center.

"Great hotel and location. Fantastic staff."
Stayed for 2 nights. The room was spacious , well equipped and very clean. Excellent value for money. Breakfast was brilliant - well cooked and ample choice of buffet style full English and lots of yoghurt, fresh fruit and compote and continental choice of croissants and pastries and ham, cheese and salami.Free and plentiful car parking. Near the A55 and A5 - bus stop outside or £5 - £6 taxi ride into Chester city centre. The customer service from the whole staff team was absolutely impeccable - friendly, helpful and polite.Hotel was also very quiet. Would recommend and stay here again if returning to Chester.

"Chester Court Hotel, Chester"
The Chester Court Hotel gives a very good first impression and it carries on from there. The place has a splendid friendly atmosphere partly due to the welcoming staff and then the hotel itself. We where given a chalet in a block alongside the main building so we had our own front door and parked our car just twenty yards away. It was good not to have to negotiate stairs as we had in the other hotels we had stayed in on our little tour of England. The room was very large and the adjoining bathroom also a good size and well appointed. The furnishings in the bedroom were modern and fresh and the lighting well placed. Our breakfast in the large conservatory off the main building was very good. In all truth I couldn,t understand why the hotel has only a two star rating. My last years of work before retiring was at a five star hotel and I must say the standards of the Chester Court Hotel was much higher than expected.

"Clean, comfortable and very accommodating staff"
Asked for a room away from banging doors (small baby with me) plus not too far away from the second booked room and hotel staff were able to oblige. They were very knowledgeable about the layout of the floors. Much cleaner rooms than Travel Lodge and Premier Inn. Only slight downside was the noise from the traffic when windows are open. However, will definitely stay there again.
