A great find and not what we were expecting. A hotel with individual chalets that were very comfortable with bedroom, bathroom and living room with small kitchenette. All basic but adequate. Good bathroom with excellent shower and plenty of hot water. The two swimming pools on site were excellent and plenty of sun loungers around the leisure pool. We went out most of the time but enjoyed the restaurant and bar. Food was good, plenty of it and lots of choice. There were set times for supper but nobody was really checking. Hotel was very popular with German parents and young famillies and they were a delight. There did seem to be German reps there organising activities but we didn't really find out what this was all about. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed, no excessive noise, ideal for famillies and couples. Not sure if teenagers would find it very exciting but plenty to do around the area. I would recommend a hire car as you get to see a lot more and saves on airport transfers waiting around. I would definitely go back again.
We really enjoyed our stay here. There was a varied selection of buffet food to choose from. The hotel was a two minute walk from the beach. The room was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly whenever we had any questions. At night there was entertainment. I don't normally enjoy hotel entertainment, but this entertainment was brilliant! Some nights there would be bingo and other nights there'd be a quiz. On our last day the weather turned bad so it was good to have the spa. Even the area was nice. I felt safe and secure and the locals that ran the shops were also very friendly. The beach was really clean too! I'd love to come back to the hotel, the only thing letting it down was the rock solid mattress!

A nice, friendly hotel with great staff. Decent sized pool that never got overcrowded. Good location. Would be happy to stay there again. There weren't many children staying at the hotel which was a plus point for us.

Well as the title states this was my fourth visit to the hotel and probably millionth stay in Can Picafort Majorca! I can honestly say this is one of the better hotels in the area!
I will start my starting some of the ... yes disappointing elements but i urge you to continue reading. This hotel has been standing since 1973 and had a refurb back in 2001 so needless to say it is due another and yes 2014 it is finally getting one! Lets hope they update the slowest lifts i have ever experienced in my life!!
However, onto the good stuff! Well something had to keep me coming back! This visit I took my boyfriend along with me for the first time(on our very first holiday!) I can honestly say that he was a bit apprehensive when he first walked in as previously stated the decor is a bit dated (AT THE MOMENT). But as the holiday went on he was pleasantly surprised! So this hotel is perfectly clean and the general staff are friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff will do anything for you, even clean up when youre poorly(without a fuss! and then ask how you are the next day!)
The food is standard for a currently 3star hotel but there is a wide variety to cater for all ages and nationalities!

Bar - yes two drinks a time but that is to get the queues down which they do very fast and you can go up as much as you like - ALL INCLUSIVE!
