"Excellent last minute stay"
Decamoed here following checking out eksewhere due to noise, this was great alternative not sure we got the best rate due to last minuteness but we were desperate! Loved the room could have done with a bath but it was immaculate clean and comfortable and they seem to have thought of everything the dressing gowns were tiny! Corridors stunk like a curry house but this didnt permutate the room!

"Big, clean room for low price - winning"
The hotel is right on the sea front, walking distance from the main town. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable and they are clean. The full English included in the price was spot on. The staff are friendly and the bar is cheap. You can't go wrong really!

"Lovely hotel- we had a great time"
Honestly cannot fault this hotel, we had a free upgrade, experienced lovely staff and had a wonderful room and nights sleep. Admittedly it is noisy, our room was a side view. We didn't get any noise from club goers but we did get woken by the terrible whistle of the wind in the morning! But that's just the weather. Lovely location, easy to find from station just walk straight down! Would love to come back.

"Convenient for shopping"
Staff excellent, room clean but a bit tired, windows were filthy outside, bathroom no shower curtain or screen bath panel cracked. Scaffolding has been there since our last stay in August 2014. we were upgraded as we have a loyalty card. On the whole the hotel needs a reburbishment, but still good value in comparrison to others in the vicinity.

Although our bed was comfortable, the room temperature was very difficult to regulate, with our baby's cot directly under the air conditioning vent and a window that failed to open.

"Nice place to stay out of the way"
Booked at last minute so expected their worst room but got a lovely double rom on the third floor, with a perfect uninterrupted view of the sea. Staff very courteous, room nicely appointed and clean, and breakfast good too. A bit of a hike into Brighton but compensated by worry free car parking for free on-site. There was some building work going on, which we were told about on arrival, but we didn't notice it. Have stayed there before and will return on my next trip to Brighton.

"Large room with good bathroom "
Good base for visiting Brighton and surrounding area without the parking hassles of being in the city. Hotel is about 1.5 miles from Brighton centre, but easy walk or buses every 7-10 minutes / lovely old electric railway along the seafront. Marina location means free parking during hotel stay + lots of chain restaurants to choose from. Hotel has large rooms throughout - plenty of white, bright space. A large bathroom with two sinks + a huge towel warmer where you can adjust the heat and it actually does warm the towels + bathrobes all very good. Breakfast was done well. Good front-of-house guy kept things moving, with food cooked to order - vegetarian eggs benedict with flat mushroom and fresh spinach in place of ham was memorable + proper leaf tea. Only downside was the noise from nearby building works at the marina. Didn't start until 8am and the doubleglazing helps/not much the hotel can do about it and Brighton will always involve some noise as it's a city.
