i was not happy that my driver was told by the manager he was going to cancle his room on the second day
because he dident want a coach parked there
but i could talk direct to him and pay parking for the second day
this i find alarming when im your customer
and for what reason should they cancle my drivers room
i told the driver to move the coach to another place
and talk to the manager again .
if i book a room with you and there is a problem they should contact you .
in my mind
my driver was shocked he was going to be put out
