I arrived on early hours of Saturday morning, staff were very welcoming. Advised where room was and the breakfast room as I was on the 7th floor.
Also gave advise on the bus that I needed to catch the following morning.
I have used this hotel on several occasions in the past and find it very friendly and convenient.

Initially was apprehensive there was no receptionist, however the team were a phonecall/email away. Their response is quick. Facilities in the room/kitchen well equipped. They provide everything from coffee filters to even egg slicers. Room was fantastic. Very clean, very warm and beds were very comfortable. Perfect to protect you from the minus 7 blizzard we had experienced whilst there. 24/7 supermarket is opposite the north star apartments. Subway is a minute walk and there are a couple restaurants and cafés which are also directly opposite the apartments.Overall, strongly recommended.
Very impressed with the Boltholt apartments. Really cool and comfortable touches have been made to the rooms to feel like a more up market offering. Loads of information supplied in the booklet in the room and they have thought of everything you could need, even down to the UK power adapters and batteries! There was nothing we couldn't have asked for and made breakfast with ease each morning. Its about a 10 min walk to the bus station where buses are available to take you to all parts of the city. We plan to return next year and will 100% be booking Boltholt again! Thanks dudes!!

this guest house is very convenient to many restaurants and bars and interesting tourist and historical sites and shopping. The guest house has a small kitchen with refrigerators and you can have some of your meals in house. Wifii is great to have. I would highly recommend 1912 Guesthous

I loved my stay at Laugabjarg! We had a nice room on the top floor. It was guaranteed for a late arrival, which was perfect because we had a late flight. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was lots of natural light which made it a very lovely room. The shared bathrooms were kept spotless, and it was really nice to have such a clean, comfy place to come back to after a long day. As a bonus, it's a 10 minute walk from the harbor, and it's also within walking distance to the center of the city. Valla, the owner of the guesthouse, is very sweet and helpful! Each time we mentioned where we would be going for the day, she was eager to recommend some other great stops that we hadn't heard of.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I definitely plan on staying at Laugabjarg in the future!
We had a very happy two-night stay at BB44. The owners are very helpful and friendly, and they are absolutely dedicated to the comfort and happiness of their guests. The house and garden are crammed with things to give pleasure or interest, everything from books and leaflets to fish and rabbits to a water garden complete with a little wooden bridge. I understand there is soon to be a transparent dome out there for guests to sit in! Our room was just right, with a table and comfortable chairs, and the en-suite was neat and ingenious. Breakfast was plentiful and very cheery served out in the conservatory attached to the house. The street is quiet, and parking is no problem. Although not in central Reykjavik, it is an easy drive, and of course it is on the right side of town for Keflavik airport.
