Very good location near Paddington station. Small, but clean rooms. I did not like that I had to pay extra for television, wifi, towels, luggage storage. For the price I paid that should be included

"Small room convenient to Paddington station."
The single room was very small, just a single bed plus a few feet wide. It was hard to find a place to put suitcase. However it was clean and shower worked. It was also a short walk to Paddington station. Thus it was suitable for a one night stay.

"Budget Hotel for a short break in London."
The Hotel was spotless. The building is a Victorian town house with all it's creaking floorboards - full of character. Bed comfy, shower and toilet basic but clean. Breakfast basic but plenty to set us up for a day of sight seeing. We booked this hotel as a base to travel around London doing various activities. It was cheap and cheerful! Just as most of the other reviews said. If you want clean, comfortable and cheap it's perfect. If you want posh - it's not for you.

Belvedere Hotel

"Convenient hotel near Paddington station."
My room was very small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. Whilst there was a window which opened, being on basement level, there was not sufficient air current to ventilate/cool the room, so it was rather warm. Staff were friendly and the English breakfast was nice.
