"Small friendly hotel, close to major attractions"
We found the hotel to be smaller and more intimate than larger hotels. Rooms good size and very clean. Our room overlooked a communal courtyard that was very quiet and a welcome change when opening our windows to see some open space. Staff were attentive and informative. Breakfast quite good. Close to metro, within walking distance from Milan Centrale station, opposite tram No 1 to get into Duomo but found that most attractions were within walking distance. Friendly little bar next door with happy hour offering a range of snacks. Good value for money. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Spent one night here in July 2014. Staff were very courteous and spoke excellent English. The hotel was close to the train station and near the metro, which gave easy access to get around the city. However, the neighbourhood between the train station and the hotel is TERRIBLE and I definitely plan on taking a taxi if you arrive at night. During the day it's not a problem because the streets are crowded with other pedestrians, but at night the area is abandoned and there's a lot of creepy people lurking around.

Friendly, helpful staff, a great location, spotlessly clean rooms and common areas, reliable wifi in our room . A Sunday market next door, fresh rolls, juice, fresh fruit, pastries and cereals for breakfast. Perfect. Thanks for a great stay.

The room was fine, outfitted in 70s decor. I was more irritated by having to pay for WiFi after it was listed as an amenity without specifying charge. Walking distance to train station and shopping, but the neighborhood was scary at night. The staff at the front desk were very rude, and actually asked me to leave when I requested they write the date of my stay on my receipt (I was very polite, mind you). The same staff was exasperated with me when I checked in because I didn't speak Italian, and he didn't understand what I was saying. Just generally rude. Did I mention he used 4-letter words at me as I was leaving? And No, he never wrote my dates of stay on my receipt.

My sister and I arrived to Milan during a exhibition seasons, therefore all the hotels were busy, we found this option and it was pretty confortable.
Good, near to the central station, easy to find walking by foot. near to the Lima metro station and shoping street Buenos Aires. The lady in the morning was ultra helpful and friendly even if not other language than italian was spoken.
Bad, the guyin the night was kind of rude, and the walls are a lil' bit thin so expect a nice show if other couples are making up their own faults.. or if you run into an italian dispute. , the location is in the middle of a ghetto zone.
