Good value for money. Room was adequate. Wi-fi was fine. It's not as close to the train station as I believed from the description (2 minutes !) It was 20 minutes walk. The area is a bit rum (no decent restaurants / cafe's) ; it's necessary to go to centreville or "The Docks" - each 20 minutes walk.
We went over for the D Day events but could not find any acceptable accommodation where we wanted to be so settled for this hotel and I am glad we did. Room was spacious, clean and the bathroom very new. The bar and restaurant are in house and the food is just excellent. Staff were polite enough not to laugh at my French and in the end gave up and we spoke English !! Very friendly. Parking is outside and free 17:30 to 09:00. Convenient for Car Ferries and for on ward travel within France. Just excellent!!

Very nice "budget" hotel. Incredibly nice and friendly staff. The atmosphere is very 1950s, although don't expect much of it in your room (I stayed in a regular room, so can't say about the upper scale rooms). The breakfast is absolutely gorgeous for the price, so I recommend that you book it with your room, you won't be disappointed. Location is great, in the city centre of Le Havre, near all museums, the beach and in the heart of the Unesco heritage "Auguste Perret district".
