We arrived in Paris early morning and went straight to the hotel. Our room wasn't ready but we were able to put our bags in a storage area.
The staff weren't that helpful. We weren't sure where that storage area was but they didn't get up to show us.
The room was clean but very small. The single beds were very narrow and the bathroom didn't have room to move.
There was a lift to the 3rd floor where our room was but it was tiny and hard to get in and we didn't get any help from the staff who were watching 2 ladies with their luggage struggling.
