The westin was perfectly located right in the middle of everything. The hotel is grand and majestic opposite the park, 5 minutes walk to the louvre, basically 5 minutes from everything we wanted in Paris (some of the best chocolate shops are in the area)
The hotel took care of us very well and we really appreciate it. I'm actually considering staying there again in January and cancel my pre-booked hotel.

Staff were very helpful, hotel was nice. Breakfast was nice, but a little over priced at 30 euros per person. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was that the rooms are really dark, even with all the lights on it was still a bit difficult to see in the mirrors etc
We stayed here for a long weekend. From the moment we entered the hotel until we checked out the hotel staff treated us like we were part of their family. Great recommendations for what we should see and eat and excellent recommendations for unique shops and good value. Our room was spotless. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. We can't wait to go back.

I go to Paris every year. I've tried many hotels/neighborhoods across the $$ spectrum, from the Plaza Athenee & Ritz on down. I think this is a gem with a blue chip location, and excellent service. The staff was exceptional: helpful, friendly, warm, etc. The only complaint is that our non-smoking room was invaded by the heavy smoking in adjacent rooms. The guests on our floor not only seemed to spend the entire day in their room…but spent the entire day smoking. Often, they would prop open their doors…so the smoke filled the halls, and consequently, our room. The hotel insisted that their was nothing they could do about it.
I was very impressed with the service at the hotel. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful and friendly. I was happy with size of the room. I was searching for something that would comfortably fit 3 adults at a fair price and this was perfect. The bathroom was also spacious and the furnishings were modern. I would stay here again when I return to Paris.
Great location. Room was too small for 4 people. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Window opened to sky, not to street. Bathroom had no tub and was very small. Room was up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator and no help from staff. Breakfast area could not accomodate all visitors. We had no hot water the first day, but problem was repaired next day. Daytime staff was not friendly or helpful..
